A saved search is a named set of People Database filters saved by your team. It shows up in the “Saved searches” menu of the People Database. Use Create saved search to save one, List saved searches to retrieve the ones your team already has, and Get Database Filters with usage=ui to discover the filterId values a saved search can hold.
