The sender picture is the avatar recipients see next to the emails a mailbox sends. lemlist pushes each user’s lemlist profile picture onto the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes bought through lemlist, so every mailbox shows a face instead of a grey placeholder. A mailbox is addressed by its mailboxId (dem_...), the id of the purchased mailbox. Mailboxes connected by hand (not bought through lemlist) read not-supported: lemlist holds no admin access to them. Use Get Sender Picture Status to see where each mailbox stands, and Sync Sender Picture to queue a push.
Changing a lemlist profile picture does not push it on its own: call Sync Sender Picture, or use the sync buttons in the mailbox settings. A mailbox that reads synced then goes back to not-synced until the new picture is pushed.

The sender picture sync state of one mailbox bought through lemlist.
