A deliverability incident records one problem on one of your mailboxes: a DNS issue that locks sending, a mailbox disconnected from lemlist, a mailbox disconnected while warming up, or a warm-up paused by lemwarm. It opens as active when the problem is detected and becomes resolved, with a resolvedAt date, once the mailbox recovers. List them with List Deliverability Incidents.
